Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
- Genuine size issues (unused, unaltered garments with tags).
- Quality issues.
- Packages lost in transit.
- Wrong item delivered.
Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Cases:
- Design and color variations.
- Used or damaged products.
- Washed or altered items.
- Replacement orders.
Refunds will be processed after receiving and verifying the returned product, except in cases of lost packages (requires proof of courier slip with AWB number).
How to Return a Product:
- Email us at onlinesupport@deyann.in or call +91 78902 20999 within 10 days of delivery (report issues within 5 days of delivery).
- Include your Order ID and reason for return/exchange.
Return Methods:
- Pick-up Facility: Available in select locations. The product (unused, unwashed, with tags) and keep it ready for pick-up. un-seal the package after taking a photo in front of the courier personnel.

Self-return shipping costs (up to ₹150) will be reimbursed after you share the courier bill via email, subject to verification.
Exchange/Return Conditions:
- The product must be fresh, unwashed, unaltered, and unused with all tags intact.
- Exchanges are allowed for products of the same or higher value.
- Please note that boxers are non-exchangeable.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Unavailable Items: We’ll notify you if an item is out of stock. You can choose a substitute or cancel the order.
- Easy Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before shipping within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- No Partial Cancellations: We don’t accept partial order cancellations.
- Customized Products: Non-returnable.
Refunds: Processed within 5-7 working days post-approval to the original payment method or receiving bank account (the refund is not available in UPI).
Additional Refund Scenarios:
E-coupons/Credit notes are issued if:
- Incorrect address provided.
- Delivery fails after 3 attempts.
- Package refused by the recipient.

Transactional Disputes
Transactional Disputes if any would be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Kolkata. We, as a merchant, shall be under no liability whatsoever, in respect of any loss or damages arising, directly or indirectly, from to decline of authorization for any transaction on account of the Cardholder/customer, having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by them with their acquiring bank.
The Company reserves the right to amend and/or alter any of the above policy terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
